I am experienced in working with adult women who are struggling with anxiety, grief & loss, or infertility to stop struggling and begin to restore their sense of calm, purpose and sense of control.
Sometimes you need to tell the negative committee inside your head to just sit down and shut up. As a Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional, I can help you do that. Together we can identify techniques that will help you manage anxiety or other difficult life stressors. I have experience working with motivated women who are struggling with anxiety, the grief process, or infertility, and want to find balance, change, greater self-awareness, and sense of control in their life. I can help you find your path to change and control. I utilize a number of techniques such as EMDR and CBT. I offer in-person, telehealth, and Walk & Talk therapy which is in a local park. Let's work together to find your area of difficulty and move forward with change. It can be done.
