About me
I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s transitions, with a focus on healing, connection, and empowerment.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I believe therapy should be a safe and collaborative space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and rooted in the belief that every person has the strength within them to grow, heal, and thrive.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating identity, grief, family dynamics, and major life changes, including divorce, parenting, and personal discovery. I also have experience supporting children and caregivers through trauma, attachment disruptions, and emotional regulation challenges.
My background includes work in foster care, kinship care, and trauma-informed therapy. I draw from relational, strengths-based, and narrative approaches, tailoring our work to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re looking for clarity, coping tools, or simply someone to walk alongside you in your journey, you’re not alone, and I’m here to help.
