About me
I am a licensed therapist who supports teens (16+), adults, couples, and families with emotional well-being, healing, and healthier relationships.
You might spend a lot of time thinking about how others feel, then find yourself unsure how to explain what you need. Maybe you replay conversations, worry about letting someone down, or keep things to yourself because you don’t want an argument. You wish you could speak more openly, feel closer to the people you love, and trust yourself without questioning every decision. When you’re used to holding things together, letting someone know you’re struggling can feel unfamiliar. In our sessions, you don’t have to know exactly what to say.
We can take time to understand what’s been hard, what matters to you, and what you’d like to feel different. If you’re coming as a couple, we can slow down the conversations that leave you both frustrated and make room for each of you to better understand the other. I’ll bring warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful questions to our work.
Together, we might practice asking for what you need, explore the guilt that comes with setting a boundary, or find ways to respond to yourself with more kindness. We’ll build on what’s already helping you and work toward changes that fit your life. You’re welcome to begin wherever you are, even if that means, “I’m not sure where to start.”
