About me

My mission is to help you find genuine satisfaction and unlock your full potential. I specialize in supporting young adults and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

I am a Clinical Supervisor for LGPCs in Maryland and a Nationally Certified Sign Language Interpreter. Life can often feel overwhelming, especially when navigating conflict, negative thoughts, and emotions. My mission is to help you find genuine satisfaction and unlock your full potential. I specialize in supporting young adults and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. In our initial sessions, we’ll explore your personal history and its impact on your daily life. From there, we’ll collaborate on tailored strategies to help you feel better, building a treatment plan that’s centered on realistic goals.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a framework, integrating techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to teach effective coping skills and improve emotional regulation. If needed, I can also provide referrals for psychiatric care and medication management.
The connection between client and therapist is key to a successful therapeutic relationship. I understand that finding the right therapist can be a challenge, which is why I’m happy to have an introductory phone call to answer your questions and help you decide if we’re a good fit before scheduling your first appointment.
