About me
I provide therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions while growing resilience through every season of life.
If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own and things are starting to feel overwhelming, you’re not alone. Many of the adults I work with feel stuck in anxious thoughts, weighed down by past experiences, or navigating stressful life transitions and aren’t sure how to move forward. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers warm, collaborative therapy where we can slow down and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll work to understand the patterns keeping you stuck, process difficult experiences, and build practical tools so life feels more manageable and steady. Depending on what you need, our work may include approaches like CBT, DBT, CPT, and somatic techniques to help quiet anxiety, regulate emotions, and reconnect with yourself in a safe way. I also work with fellow counselors and helping professionals who need a supportive place to process the weight of the work they carry. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to creating a space where people of all identities feel respected and supported as they show up fully as themselves.
