About me
I am a millennial therapist with experience helping folks navigate symptoms of trauma, OCD, anxiety and depression. I specialize in treating healthcare professionals navigating workplace stress and secondary trauma.
I utilize evidence-based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, work stress, trauma, grief and low self-esteem. My therapeutic style is easy-going and relationship-centered. I like to incorporate both structure and some humor in my sessions to help create a relaxed environment for the journey of self-awareness and healing. I currently have week day availability 8 AM to 3 PM.
