About me
I view myself as a nontraditional therapist. I use colorful language, challenge my clients' beliefs about themselves, and encourage them to look beyond their perspectives to understand the complex puzzle of life. While life can be challenging, it can also be rewarding if we take the time to look deeper and recognize the positive aspects.
Katherine Ansley is a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers virtual services in Florida and in-person and virtual sessions in Texas.
