About me
I’m a bilingual clinical psychologist working with children, adults, and families to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and challenges related to medical conditions.
I care deeply about helping people feel heard and supported while reaching their life goals. I’ve worked in many settings—hospitals, clinics, and primary care—which have given me a deep appreciation for how emotional and medical challenges affect everyday life. In Spanish or English, I strive to create an inclusive space where you feel comfortable and empowered.
I use practical, research-supported approaches— like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and structural family therapy —to help you understand what’s happening, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
My style is warm, collaborative, and structured. In our first few sessions, I’ll spend time getting to know you, understand your concerns, and work with you to set clear goals and timelines so you know what we’re focusing on and what to expect. Struggling with mental health can feel debilitating, overwhelming, and lonely. But you don’t have to go at it alone. When you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you or your family on this journey.
