About me

I am a licensed psychologist who is dedicated to providing accessible and transformative services to help adults thrive as they navigate depression, substance use, interpersonal and relationship stressors. In addition, I specialize in working with other mental health providers and food service industry workers. I provide clinical supervision for emerging professionals and offer psychological assessment and evaluation services.

At TASC Psychology, I am committed to empowering you on you journey to holistic well-being. With over 15 years of experience in the field of psychology, I bring a wealth of expertise and compassion to provide you with a supportive space where healing and growth converge.

As a generalist at heart, I provide services to a diverse range of individuals who are equally diverse in their desired areas of focus. Most commonly, individuals initiate services with me because they are feeling "stuck" or experiencing difficulties related to depression, substance use, interpersonal and relationship issues, and in living a fulfilling, balanced life. In addition to individual and group therapy, I provide relationship therapy and discernment counseling. I also offer psychological assessment and forensic evaluation services, given I maintain a dual focus in clinical and forensic psychology. Finally, I offer clinical supervision for emerging professionals.

I believe in a personalized and collaborative approach to therapy. All aspects of therapy are tailored to you from the focus, frequency, price, and length. I draw from a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Approaches such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These techniques, combined with my nonjudgmental and realistic approach, help you address difficulties, enhance strengths, and deepen self-awareness as you move towards your goals and live a more fulfilling life.

I know that choosing a therapist is a highly personal decision and engaging in therapy can be a catalyst to change. I also know you spend your entire life in your body and much of it in your head but together we can make both more comfortable places to be.
