About me
Look at you, already making that first step towards learning more about YOU. I'm proud of you and I'm honored to be a part of that journey.
My approach to counseling is client-centered; meaning I work with you to create the best-fit treatment to your needs. I work with adults, adolescents, and children on a variety of issues. Our goal together will be to help you feel more in tune with yourself and navigate life with a healthy perspective.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as my partner and close friends, it is very important to me that a focus of my treatment be to create a safe space for those who have trouble finding those spaces. Especially in Indiana, it can be hard to know who is safe.
I try to be sensitive to a variety of needs in my office setting as I know it can be intimidating to even schedule an appointment, let alone actually come in. I have light diffusers on the fluorescent lights, coffee/tea/water available to everyone who comes in. Lots of comfy couches, chairs, and pillows to choose from.
