About me
If you’re looking for a therapist who combines 20 years of specialized training with genuine care, I invite you to reach out. Together we can work toward greater stability, self-understanding, and a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
Do you have a hard time asking for help? Do your emotions sometimes feel too big? Do relationships feel overwhelming with poor boundaries? I am a therapist who works with adolescents (high school and older) and adults to navigate the challenges of self-injuring behaviors, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. As a DBT-certified and grief-certified clinician, I offer structured, evidence-based support tailored to your unique experiences and goals.
Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns that leave them exhausted, ashamed, or hopeless. Whether you’re struggling with urges to self-harm, cycles of restrictive or binge eating, the heavy weight of depression, persistent worry, or the ups and downs of bipolar symptoms, therapy can provide a steadier path forward. I also support clients processing grief and loss, recognizing how these experiences often intersect with mental health struggles.
My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and practical. Drawing on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients build skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier relationships—tools that make a meaningful difference in daily life. Sessions focus on understanding what drives difficult behaviors and developing concrete strategies to reduce them while strengthening self-compassion and resilience.
