About me

Hi! I do ADHD and Autism Assessments and write gender-affirming letters!
I also offer ADHD, small business, entrepreneurship, career, and writing coaching!

Hi! I'm Kate (she/her), it's nice to meet you!
I'm a queer ADHD domestic violence survivor, who's had tons of jobs, went to school late in life, and now I'm a therapist with my own small business! These are my personal experiences, and they're what I have professional expertise in as a therapist.

There's so much overlap in neurodiversity and in experiencing toxic relationships. Just being neurodivergent in this world means you get cPTSD too, because the world wasn't made for us.

But it doesn't have to be this hard. There's so many tools to set up your life for ease and joy. I would love to help you find what works for you <3

I do therapy, ADHD and Autism Assessments, and gender-affirming letters. I also wrote a book and workbook, Rose Colored Glasses and the Healing from Toxic Relationship workbook, to help people heal from toxic relationships, emotional and narcissistic abuse, and domestic violence.
In therapy I go at your pace, and use the therapy tools that work for you :)

If you're ADHD, coming out of a toxic relationship, and/or trying to find your next academic or career step or build a business, I got you. I get it, and I am prepared to help you create the life you want, at your pace. We can use self-compassion and self-exploration to help you live your best life <3

I accept credit card, HSA, and FSA. If you have out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill you can provide to your insurance for reimbursement. This is up to you to determine with your insurance company; I cannot guarantee it. Please note if you use your insurance, they'll see your diagnosis

I use an eclectic blend of multicultural, feminist, existential, narrative therapies, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also do a lot of psychoeducation on how the brain works, including how it processes trauma, how emotional abuse affects us how neurotransmitters work, and how ADHD brains work.
