About me
I'm a therapist with experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, and LGBTQ+ issues. I work with clients navigating stress, social anxiety, panic, grief, attachment difficulties, mood concerns, body image struggles, and life transitions like divorce and separation.
I'm particularly skilled in helping clients process trauma, explore sexuality and gender identity, work through communication patterns, and address self-harm and dissociative experiences. I also support those managing chronic pain, eating concerns, fertility questions, and the complexities of alternative relationship dynamics.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and centers on creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I'm committed to affirming your identity and values, and I work collaboratively to help you build insight and meaningful change at your own pace.
I believe therapy is a partnership. My role is to listen with genuine curiosity, meet you where you are, and support you through whatever brought you here. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
