About me
I have been working as a child and family therapist for over 15 years in the Buffalo area. In addition to my work with children, teens, and families, I’ve also developed a strong passion for supporting women as they move through trauma, life transitions, or simply the overwhelm that life can bring. Together through virtual visits, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.
I specialize in working with clients who are navigating tough experiences and personal challenges, using a strengths-based approach that highlights what’s already strong within them. I'm trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and am a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP), which means I bring a grounded, present-centered lens to the therapy space. I care deeply about creating a safe, warm, and supportive environment where healing can happen.
