About me
I'm a licensed mental health therapist, dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I specialize in working with adolescents/young adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. My goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I work to build a trusting relationship where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT and motivational interviewing, I tailor each session to your unique goals and needs—whether that's managing anxiety, healing from trauma, improving relationships, or navigating life transitions. My focus is on helping you gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting, meaningful change.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we’ll begin getting to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore your goals, discuss any immediate concerns, and go over what you’d like to get out of the process. This is your time and I'm here to help you!
