I want you to know that you are not alone. Seeking a therapeutic relationship is the first and most challenging step to finding the tools that you need to cope, heal, and move forward. I believe you are the expert on yourself! My hope is to work alongside you to identify & work towards your goals at your own pace. I provide therapy for teens & adults seeking support for anxiety, life transitions, trauma, sexual assault, depression, self-esteem, work stress/burnout and women's issues.

I believe each client is unique and their treatment should reflect that. I use an eclectic blend of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, Strengths-Based, & Mindfulness-Based Therapy to support my clients. I welcome all clients, but specialize in working with teens, college students/young adults, women, and the LGBT community.

I live for seeing others work through what's been holding them back. I enjoy helping people bring change to what they're most ashamed of or scared to work through.
