I am a board certified Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Colorado and in New Mexico. I hold a double master’s in counseling and art therapy. This allows me to utilize my education, experience and professional background in an effective and unique way to provide my clients with tailored treatment plans that can be easily used in their everyday lives.

I take a humanistic transpersonal approach to counseling where the therapeutic relationship between the client and the therapist is a key component to overall wellness. In therapy we will explore how we may foster fulfillment of our highest potential as human beings and how our minds operate through the relationships with other people in our lives (family, community, work, friends). I use a holistic method by addressing your mental, physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual needs in healing.

I have experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and a range of concerns. I am dedicated to increasing access to behavioral health care and have created this site to assist in reaching more people with this goal in mind.
