About me
I am a credentialled mental health professional in Australia with many years of experience supporting individuals through a range of challenges. My background includes working with Veterans and their families, as well as individuals impacted by domestic and family violence, trauma, grief and loss, addictions, ptsd, anxiety, depression, and stress.
I also have a particular interest in helping clients navigate life transitions, with a focus on women’s wellbeing during midlife changes. Whether you're facing emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, or adjusting to new roles, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what matters most to you.
I believe you are the expert in your own life. Sometimes, we all need support to reconnect with our inner strengths and resilience — the very qualities that have carried you through until now. Taking the first step to seek support can feel difficult but acknowledging that you’re not coping and reaching out is a powerful act of self-awareness and strength.
