About me
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with dual master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Sport & Exercise Science, plus training as a yoga teacher (RYT-200) and certified health coach. I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the long becoming of motherhood, including perinatal anxiety and depression, body image struggles after baby, and the identity shifts no one quite prepares you for. I also work with anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions more broadly. My clinical background includes hospital-based work alongside families navigating medical crisis.
Many of the women I work with are capable and high-achieving. They hold everything together on the outside while feeling depleted or unsettled underneath. If that feels familiar, you don't have to perform here.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and body-informed. I draw on person-centered, Gestalt, and mindfulness-based therapy alongside somatic work, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, so change happens in how you feel in your body as well as in how you think. We'll move at a pace that feels safe for you.
Reaching out takes its own kind of courage. When you're ready, I'm here.
