About me

You're tired of ending up in the same place. Maybe it's a familiar dynamic in your relationships, giving more than you receive, saying yes when you mean no, or feeling like you disappear a little in the presence of others. Maybe you're coming out of something hard and trying to figure out who you are on the other side. Or maybe you can't quite name what's wrong, only that something feels stuck, and you're ready for that to change.

I work with women, young adults, parents, and caregivers who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, especially when patterns in relationships feel impossible to break. Many of the people I see are healing from emotionally difficult relationships, navigating major life transitions like divorce, parenthood, or career shifts, or working through the quiet exhaustion of always being the one who holds everything together. Some are learning, for the first time, to recognize their own needs and take them seriously.

Using a relational, psychodynamic approach, our work together will focus on making sense of where these patterns came from, because what's happening now rarely starts here. We'll slow things down, pay attention to your emotions rather than push past them, and connect the dots between your past experiences and what keeps showing up in your life today. That kind of understanding tends to create real, lasting change.

Over time, many of my clients find they're able to stay present in hard conversations without shutting down, recognize when an old pattern is pulling at them before they're already in it, and make choices that actually feel like their own.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. If something here resonates, I'd welcome the chance to connect. I offer a free 15-minute consultation — a low-pressure way to ask questions and see if working together feels right.
