To us, therapy is a shared journey—one built on trust, connection, and the belief that healing becomes possible when you don’t have to walk through difficult moments alone. With 18 years of experience, we bring a deep commitment to helping clients heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Our work is grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and Gottman Method.
We specialize in supporting individuals facing depression and mood disorders, anxiety, self-worth challenges, women’s issues, military-related stress, relationship concerns, PTSD, and past trauma. We also provide compassionate care for couples and families.
