About me

I am a therapist with years of experience supporting clients who are healing from trauma and managing anxiety, depression, body image concerns, and other life stressors. My approach centers on creating a warm, relaxed, and affirming environment where clients can take the time they need to breathe, reflect, and better understand how past experiences continue to live in the body. I believe therapy is a space for both deep healing and genuine connection, and I value incorporating compassion, curiosity, and moments of laughter throughout the process. I am a very laid back therapist with a Person-Centered approach, holding a focus on the holistic experience of my clients. I incorporate CBT and somatic modalities to assess and build positive routines and regulations you can use in your daily life.

I am dedicated to offering inclusive, multicultural care and supporting clients from BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities. I strive to practice with humility, accountability, and competency within social systems and identity intersections and their influence on mental health. I have provided a range of clinical mental health services to the LGBTQIA community, survivors of DV and/or SA including crisis intervention work, and adolescents within group homes.

I recognize the importance of understanding family systems and the ways early experiences shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Therapy is a collaborative process for me, and I prioritize partnering with clients to build treatment plans that feel empowering, flexible, and aligned with their needs. I also incorporate ongoing attention to the connection between mind and body, supporting clients in navigating their healing in a holistic and compassionate way.
