About me
I am a pre-licensed mental health therapist, practicing under a licensed clinical supervisor. I specialize in supporting adolescents, adults, and families dealing with the complexities of life, providing them with collaborative and comprehensive care.
Life can throw unexpected challenges, leaving you feeling anxious, depressed, or even angry. I completely understand how overwhelming these emotions can be. However, here’s the good news: with the right therapeutic support and your commitment to personal growth, we can equip you with the skills and tools to face life’s challenges with confidence.
Imagine a space where you can express yourself freely, without judgment. That's exactly what I provide in our sessions. With compassion and understanding, you’ll find the support you need to share your thoughts and feelings openly.
Whether your concerns are relationship difficulties, managing anger, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem to addressing, stress, substance use, or enduring impacts of past trauma, you don't have t navigate this journey alone.
What sets my therapeutic approach apart is extensive years of experience gained from working in various social service roles, including crisis intervention and case management. These experiences have not only driven my path to becoming a clinical therapist but have shaped my commitment to client-centered, strength-based style, ensuring that as your therapist you will not only receive the therapeutic support you need but access to the most relevant community resources and support systems tailored to your unique needs.
I use an integrative therapy approach that effectively blends techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. This personalized method helps you to understand unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, focus on your present experience and set practical, achievable goals for the future you desire.
Think of this as a collaborative journey to you living a more satisfying life.
