About me
I provide affirming, bilingual, trauma-informed therapy and evaluations for adults through secure telehealth in California, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic illness, and more. I also offer compassionate, culturally responsive assessments for immigration, reproductive, disability, veteran, and weight-related needs.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LMFT, and Qualified Medical Evaluator providing affirming, trauma-informed care through secure telehealth across California. My practice welcomes adults from all walks of life — including LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, veterans, parents, professionals, and those managing chronic health conditions or major life changes.
I offer therapy that helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity exploration, stress, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in cultural awareness — creating a safe space where people can heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths.
Alongside therapy, I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations, including immigration, reproductive, disability, veteran, weight-related, and ADHD assessments. I also complete affirming support letters for gender-affirming care and emotional support animals, and offer consultation and supervision for mental-health professionals seeking guidance or professional development.
Whether you’re beginning therapy, pursuing an evaluation, or seeking clinical support as a professional, my goal is to meet you with respect, authenticity, and care.
