Hello I’m Karla. I am a licensed professional counselor who works with various mental health disorders and emotional difficulties.

Through a trusting and supportive relationship along with evidence-based techniques, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate your emotions, and equip you with coping strategies that will lead to lasting change.
We will create a treatment plan based on your individual goals, unique needs, and challenges. We will explore how your past, as well as your family and cultural dynamics could be contributing to your present issues. We will identify unhelpful patterns, while exploring the strengths and solutions you did not know you had in you.
