About me
My passion is working with athletes, young adults and those connected to the military life.
I am a cross country runner and competed all through undergraduate and graduate school. I love helping athletes navigate the unique intersection of sports, relationships, academics and mental health. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT). I take a holistic approach and work at a practice that specializes in natural approaches such as diet and lifestyle changes, nutritional supplementation, etc. We don't push medication and can help guide you toward natural options that, when combined with the skills I will teach you, are often more effective and longer lasting. I believe therapy should be collaborative - meaning not just you doing all the talking or me lecturing . We work together through your knowledge of your history and experience and my knowledge/teaching of skills and insights to help you thrive.
