About me
I am an experienced licensed professional counselor who believes that everyone can grow and tap into their strengths to overcome your mental health, career, and relational challenges.
I believe that everyone possesses the innate capacity for personal growth and help my clients to tap into their own strengths and resources, fostering a sense of agency and resilience. I welcome a diversity of clients ranging from teens to mature adults. My Goldendoodle, Cedar, (an AKC certified Canine Good Citizen) and I look forward to working with individuals, couples and families as a counseling team.
I use an eclectic counseling approach that incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities. By collaborating with clients in a non-judgmental and empathic manner, I aim to create a safe space where clients are able to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering self-acceptance and self-empowerment.
