About me

I am a licensed Master of Social Work therapist, dedicated to helping individuals cope with anxiety, depression and trauma.

Life can feel overwhelming. Stressful events—big or small—can build up and start showing up as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, or even trauma symptoms. If you’ve been feeling like your worries or past experiences are shaping how you think, feel, and act, you don’t have to go through this on your own. Whether you’re struggling with daily stress, healing from past trauma, or just feeling stuck, therapy can help you feel more grounded and hopeful. My goal is for you to walk away with new tools to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, as well as a deeper sense of control over your life.
I specialize in helping teens and adults work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. As a therapist trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, I provide both practical coping skills and a safe space to process painful experiences. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative—I believe you are the expert on your life, and together we'll find what helps.

I typically begin sessions with mindfulness and relaxation techniques to create a calm, grounded space. From there, I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy to help you explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My approach is centered on meeting you where you are emotionally and empowering you to take an active role in shaping your own therapeutic journey.

It would be my honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey. I offer convenient online therapy with immediate openings. Please feel free to call or email me with any questions or to schedule your first session—I’d love to connect with you.
