About me
I have over 30 years of experience providing couples, families, and individuals with tools for change.
My 30 years of experience allow me to diagnose rapidly and choose a trusted, reliable course of action. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I have expertise in navigating couples through the difficulties of infidelity, divorce prevention, conflict resolution, and communication struggles. When anxiety, depression, or ADHD problems are limiting your life, I can offer the most effective ways to help. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider and work with children, adults, spouses, and parents who are struggling to manage their ADHD. I primarily use the evidence-based methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My work with couples involves techniques from my training in the Gottman approach and Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT). I am also a certified Discernment Counselor offering consultation to couples who are contemplating divorce.
