I have a Doctorate of Education in Community Care Counseling: Traumatology, and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for FL & a Licensed Professional Counselor for TX! I offer inspirations and empowerment to evolve into a healthier version of yourself - body, mind, soul and spirit. This is done by introducing you to Healthier Perspectives (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Healthier Solutions (Solution-Focused Therapy), Challenging Irrational Thinking Habits (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) and assisting you in building on your individual strengths.
