About me
I am a former Clinical Director (supervising and overseeing clinical care in a residential setting) and client-centered therapist offering evidence-based, insight-oriented care to support meaningful, lasting change.
I believe that meaningful therapy starts with feeling comfortable, understood, and respected. I work primarily with teens and young adults, and bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to the therapy space. My goal is to create an environment where you can show up as you are, without judgment, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through.
I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, and life transitions. My approach combines practical skill-building, drawing from CBT and DBT, with a deeper exploration of the underlying patterns and root causes that contribute to your current experiences. Together, we’ll focus on both managing what’s happening in the present and understanding what may be driving it.
I strive to be collaborative, genuine, and engaged in my work with clients. I offer in-person sessions in Barre as well as telehealth, and I am currently a self-pay provider.
