About me
I focus on treating the whole person, strengthening the family system, meeting individual needs and discovering hope for the future. If it is difficult to leave your home due to health, weather or other reason; I can conduct the therapy through Telemental Health/Internet or Phone Counseling. The office will be open for face to face counseling in 2021
I provide counseling services through face-to-face therapy or TeleMental Health/Internet counseling. When it is hard to leave your home either due to illness, weather or mental health issues. I take a holistic approach to my therapy in that the body and mind work together. This is accomplished by proper nutrition, sleep, exercise and cognitive therapy.
I work with individuals, couples & families in both private and TeleMental (Video/Internet Counseling); helping individuals/families overcome and cope with grief/loss due to death, job loss or divorce. I help individuals process anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, eating and learning disorders by educating through Functional Nutrition Counseling, self harming behaviors, anger management, OCD, and ADD/ADHD. I specialize in helping individuals, couples and families to create healthy, functional relationships and lives though a variety of therapies. I am trained in EMDR to process trauma with children, adolescents and adults
