About me

I am a faith-filled and compassionate therapist dedicated to helping working moms thrive without guilt. With over 20 years of experience in education, foster care, ministry, and now over two years in private practice, I bring a compassionate and empathetic perspective to sessions. My approach blends clinical insight with spiritual encouragement, helping women reconnect with their purpose and embrace life with confidence.

As a Christian, mom of three (two young adult sons and a preteen daughter—send prayers! LOL!) and wife to my high school sweetheart, I know how real the juggle is.

It can be tough. Overwhelmed. Running on empty. Wondering when you stopped recognizing the woman in the mirror. Fearing that going to counseling may look like a lack of faith, and hesitating to rest because there's always one more thing. My clients are a lot like you. They’re smart, supportive, driven women who care deeply about their families and want to build a meaningful life—but somewhere along the way, it got hard.

By the time they reach out, they’re completely drained. Pulled in a dozen directions, their minds never stop racing. Mornings feel rushed before the day even begins, and the never-ending to-do list just adds to the overwhelm. They’re going through the motions, feeling like they’re barely hanging on.

They feel stretched thin—torn between being present at work and being present at home. At work, they worry about their kids. At home, their mind is back on work, or the laundry, or the unread emails. They’re snapping more than they’d like, feeling distant from their spouse, and not nearly as connected to God as they want to be. There’s a constant voice whispering, “You should be doing more.”

They look in the mirror and barely recognize themselves. They’ve given so much to their roles as mom, wife, and professional that there’s nothing left for them. When a rare free moment comes, they feel lost—or worse, guilty for enjoying it.

The lack of energy and clarity starts to take a toll on everything. They feel like they’re failing—in motherhood, in marriage, in their walk with God, and in the career they once dreamed of.

But here’s what I want you to know: it doesn’t have to stay this way. You can find a rhythm that brings life instead of draining it. You can be a loving, present mom and a woman who honors her OWN dreams and needs.

If you’re ready to reclaim balance, protect your peace, and rediscover what lights you up, I’m here to walk with you. You’re not alone anymore.
