Many of the people I work with feel stuck in painful patterns they understand intellectually but cannot seem to change. they may be struggling with trauma, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, or the lasting effects of childhood experiences. Often they want more than symptom relief - they want to understand themselves more deeply, feel less reactive or overwhelmed, and develop a steadier, more grounded way of living. They are looking for real change, not just coping, and want a therapist who can help them explore both what happened and how it still lives in the mind, body, and relationships.

I work with adults of all ages, married couples, and groups if there is a need. All of my work is now online which can take a minute to get used to if you haven't had meetings or appointments this way before, but most agree it is beneficial without the travel or time off. I have been practicing since 1995 and working in the field since 1992. I am trained in a wide variety of modalities of therapy - and my focus has been on trauma for some time. I previously worked in community mental health, chemical dependency, hospital setting, private practice and taught at University for over a decade. My clients feedback is often that I am easy to connect with.
