I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over my career, I've worked with clients of all ages navigating depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, relationship difficulties, and trauma. I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to therapy, creating a safe space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace.

My areas of focus include self-love and self-worth, communication challenges, isolation and loneliness, life purpose, social anxiety, guilt and shame, forgiveness, and trauma recovery.
