About me
I have over 9 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am licensed in CT and hold additional certification in a trauma therapy known as Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I work with clients who want to improve themselves, or those who are stuck and need some guidance. I have experience working with clients with anxiety and anger issues. We all face challenges and I would love to help you through those challenges, whether they are long term or short term.
I work with clients who have anxiety, trauma, depression, and anger. I have experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy that can help clients process trauma quickly, along with a variety of issues such as codependency, anxiety, abuse, depression, and phobias.
