About me
I am a UK‑licensed therapist with 11 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, family dynamics, trauma, and experiences of abuse. My approach is gentle, grounded, and deeply trauma‑informed, offering you a space where you can breathe, settle, and explore what’s happening in your life without judgment.
I blend therapeutic counselling, creative therapeutic approaches, and The MAP Method™ — a neuroscience‑based technique that helps the nervous system soften old patterns and create lasting emotional shifts. This combination allows us to work with both your conscious story and the deeper layers that shape how you feel, react, and relate.
My work is always tailored to you: your pace, your needs, your lived experience. Therapy with me is a partnership — steady, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel safer inside yourself so you can move toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.
Reaching out takes real courage, and I honour that. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic space that supports healing, resilience, and the possibility of feeling more like yourself again.
