About me
Helping individuals and couples understand the patterns keeping them stuck, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change - with curiosity, compassion, and no judgment.
Sometimes you know something isn’t working, even if you can’t quite explain why. Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns, feel overwhelmed by your emotions, struggle to set boundaries, or understand where your reactions are coming from but still can’t seem to change them. Or maybe your relationship feels stuck in the same arguments, disconnection, or hurt no matter how many times you try to talk about it.
I believe our patterns usually make sense when we get curious about where they came from. Therapy with me isn’t about judging you, blaming your past, or giving you a list of things you’re doing wrong. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply while also figuring out what you want to do differently moving forward.
I work with individuals from a systemic and attachment-focused perspective, which means we may explore how relationships, family experiences, attachment patterns, and the roles you’ve learned to play have shaped the way you see yourself and connect with others today. We’ll also build practical tools for managing emotions, communicating more effectively, setting healthier boundaries, and making choices that feel more aligned with who you want to be.
With couples, I help partners slow down the cycle underneath recurring conflict and better understand what each person is actually trying to communicate. We may work on communication, emotional connection, trust, intimacy, boundaries, shared meaning, and learning how to respond to each other differently instead of having the same argument in twelve different outfits.
My style is warm, curious, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’ll support you, but I’ll also ask questions that help you look at things differently. You don't have to show up knowing exactly what's wrong- or what you're supposed to say once you get here. We can figure that part out together.
At the end of the day, we're human first. There's room here for the hard days and the good ones- for tears, laughter, frustration, wins, and everything in between. You don't have to show up any particular way. Just come as you are, and we'll meet whatever is there together.
