Welcome to The Kitchen Counter
House of Blume offers wellness services through our Kitchen Counter Social Work initiative. Growing up my kitchen counter was an innovative and radical space for the love, joy, pain, community, dreaming, grief, & messiness that life can be. This is what our healing services feel like, a sit at the kitchen counter where you can find release, flow, and most of all reconnect with the home within. We see our healing offerings as a tender space where folks can meet the most aligned version of themselves and cultivate a life that is truly their own.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families seeking deeper connection & healing. My approach is rooted in somatic therapy helping you holistically process emotions, cognitive distortions, stress, trauma, and life overall in a way that feels deeply aligned. Through somatic practices, such as yoga, mindfulness, and breath work, we’ll work together to cultivate flow so you can move through life more aligned and at home in your body.
