About me
Ms. Dailey, is a Licensed (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. She uses a holistic and integrative approach combining CBT, somatic therapy, strengths-based, and trauma informed care.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. I have experience treating individuals with complex co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) levels of care. With an extensive background in somatic approaches and expressive arts, I take a holistic approach to therapy, helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, body, and life experiences. As someone with a multiracial background, I value working with diverse populations and strive to create a grounded, open minded, and culturally responsive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we work to uncover purpose within life's experiences, process unresolved trauma, and foster meaningful lasting growth.
My clinical approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and deeply personalized. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, trauma-informed care, and somatic approaches. I view symptoms as meaningful indicators of inner narratives, patterns, and beliefs. Together, we explore these connections to increase self-awareness, support healing, and create lasting change. I believe people already hold the answers within themselves. My role is to ask thoughtful questions that spark insight, reflect what I see, and help clients reconnect with their own inner wisdom while developing the tools needed to move forward.
The first session is about understanding who you are and the woven narratives that have consciously and unconsciously shaped your life. Together, we'll explore your experiences, what brings you to therapy, and the goals you hope to achieve. We'll begin creating a roadmap for our work together based on your unique needs and how you'd like me to support you. I offer a therapeutic space grounded in compassion, openness, and gentle directness. I tailor each session to meet you where you are, exploring patterns, providing support, and helping you gain insight that leads to change.
