About me
I specialize in working with women struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress and who are looking to learn tools to start improving everyday life. I believe therapy should be about more than just talking (although we’ll do plenty of that!), so I provide you with skills & strategies that can create tangible change in your life outside of the therapy room
I believe therapy should be about more than just talking (although we’ll do plenty of that, too). I work with driven women who are open to learning and used to getting results in all the other areas of their life…so it’s no wonder they want that out of therapy, too. This means that in addition to talking about what’s going on, I also help them learn practical skills, tools, and strategies that can create tangible change in their lives outside of the therapy room.
Whether it’s ways to stop overthinking and second-guessing themselves, healthier communication skills, or assertiveness training to hold their boundaries and ask for what they need.
