I approach addiction with understanding, recognizing its roots in underlying emotional pain. My therapeutic approach integrates trauma-informed care, creating a safe space for clients to explore the connections between their experiences and their addictive behaviors. My aim is to empower individuals to break free from the cycle of addiction and build a foundation for lasting recovery and well-being.
