About me
With warmth and deep listening, I guide my clients on their journey from pain to purpose, fostering resilience and empowering them to find freedom in their lives.
I provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for individuals navigating the complexities of trauma and mental health challenges. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, somatic therapy, and polyvagal theory, allowing me to address the interconnectedness of mind and body in the healing process. I am known for my warm and inviting presence, creating a space where clients feel deeply heard and understood. My goal is to help clients cultivate a lasting sense of empowerment and confidently navigate their lives independently, feeling truly at home in their own skin. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that fosters deep connection and facilitates the process of owning one's authentic self.
I gladly welcome new clients of all backgrounds, experiences, & walks of life; I see pre-teens, adolescents, families, & adults.
I also specialize in providing compassionate and effective therapy for individuals struggling with addiction. I approach addiction with understanding, recognizing its roots in underlying emotional pain. My therapeutic approach integrates trauma-informed care, creating a safe space for clients to explore the connections between their experiences and their addictive behaviors. My aim is to empower individuals to break free from the cycle of addiction and build a foundation for lasting recovery and well-being.
