About me
Hi, my name is Kaitlyn Santola. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University in 2020. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, life transitions, trauma, and related challenges.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence and clarity.
Clients can expect a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, supported, and empowered. My greatest strength is a client-centered approach that allows me to meet clients where they are and honor their lived experiences. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to serve as a guide—walking alongside them as they navigate their journey and work toward meaningful growth.
