About me
Hi, I'm Kaitlin! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and emotional challenges by combining compassionate, evidence-based therapy with practical tools that foster resilience, confidence, and help them feel more in control of their lives.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in schools, community mental health, and private practice. These diverse experiences have given me the opportunity to support individuals through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, school-related concerns, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. I have a special interest in helping individuals with ADHD better understand how their brains work while developing practical strategies to improve organization, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and daily life.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside my clients to identify their strengths, explore obstacles, and develop skills that create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and equipped to navigate life's challenges both inside and outside the therapy room.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Together, we'll build practical strategies that support emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and help you move toward the life you want to create.
Whether you're seeking therapy for yourself, or your child, I strive to create a compassionate environment where you can feel safe being yourself, celebrate progress, and grow at your own pace. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy—you simply have to be willing to take the first step.
I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater balance, healing, and hope.
