About me
I am an independently licensed mental health provider with over six years of experience in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, those who live with severe mental illness or personality disorders.
I specialize in creating a grounded, specialized space for individuals navigating complex trauma, major mental illness, and personality disorders. I believe healing begins with feeling safe and seen; especially for those who have felt misunderstood by traditional systems.
My diverse background is rooted in high-intensity environments, including community mental health and secure mental-health units. This experience gives me a deep, well-rounded perspective on the lasting effects of systemic and personal trauma. I am not afraid of the ‘heavy stuff’, and I am here to provide the stability you need to move forward.
In my practice, I integrate DBT for mood stabilization and regulation and EMDR for long-term trauma processing. By blending these with Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and other evidenced-based modalities, I offer a structured yet compassionate path tailored to your unique history.
