I am an independently licensed mental health provider who is experienced in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, those who live with severe mental illness or personality disorders, or couples who are navigating conflicts and issues within their partnership.

Hi there! I’m Kaelee Salmans, an independently licensed mental health practitioner with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I’m EMDR trained and specialize in supporting and creating a compassionate, grounded space for any individual navigating the complex effects of trauma, mental health conditions, and the burdens of day to day life. I believe that healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and supported — and that from that place, resilience can grow.

My diverse background includes work in community mental health, private practice, and secure mental health units, giving me a well-rounded perspective on trauma and its lasting effects.

In my practice, I use a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy. I have also completed level 1 Gottman Method training. This flexible, individualized approach allows me to meet you where you are and tailor the work we do together to your unique needs.
