About me
I help Black and Brown adults navigate anxiety, depression, PMDD, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the impact of trauma while building a deeper sense of self-trust, self-compassion, and emotional well-being.
Healing looks different for everyone, and I believe therapy should honor your unique story, culture, strengths, and lived experiences. My goal is to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself unapologetically without judgment, pressure, or the need to have it all figured out.
Many of my clients are high-achieving, intuitive, and empathetic individuals who are learning to move beyond people-pleasing, reconnect with their authentic selves, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. They are often navigating questions of identity, boundaries, and how to care for themselves without guilt.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I draw from a humanistic, relational, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral, and somatic approaches while remaining attentive to the cultural and systemic factors that shape our mental health. Together, we'll explore patterns that are no longer serving you, strengthen coping skills, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating a major life change, processing past experiences, or simply looking for a space to reconnect with yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and heal.
My hope is that you leave each session feeling more empowered, more connected to yourself, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with confidence and self-compassion.
