I am a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy for neurodiverse and neurotypical adults navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

Hi and welcome! I’m Kadie, a licensed mental health counselor practicing in Florida and Nevada.

Therapy should feel like a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space a place where you can step away from the pressure to perform or hold it all together and just show up as you are.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults (including Autism, ADHD, and AuDHD), as well as individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and burnout. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that something in their life no longer fits.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach or trying to "fix" you. Instead, we work together to understand how your unique brain works, unlearn patterns that aren't serving you, and build practical tools that help you feel more balanced, grounded, and in control of your life.
