About me
Hi! My name is Kacie Skarpetowski and I am LPC-Associate supervised by Maribel Arias, LPC-S, NCC. I would be honored to walk beside you down any road you find yourself on. I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, and person centered approach to counseling.
My clinical work focuses on supporting athletes, sports enthusiasts, or anyone struggling with exercise addiction, the urge to train when you're sick or injured, loss of interest, and the stress that comes with it all. I am also dedicated to working with individuals dealing with financial or career stress, recent incarceration, and those have experienced religious trauma. I completed my clinical internship working with individuals experiencing homelessness and there I gained the insight and experience working with those struggling in these areas. I'm a parent myself, so I also love working with caregivers navigating the stress of parenthood.
After completing an internship in the community counseling setting, I left with the desire to help ensure the services I offer are accessible to as many people as possible. My services are currently self pay, but I do offer a sliding scale. I am willing to work with you to ensure you get service you deserve!
