About me
I am passionate and genuine and I love what I do. I love serving Christian women who are struggling with anxiety, life stressors, trauma and depression. I understand life is hard and balancing work, motherhood and being a wife can be challenging. I also know that trying to move forward while healing from past experiences can be difficult. I know that sometimes you have fears about "doing it right" or "having it all together." I'm here to help and support you. My end goal is to help you experience the transformative healing that leads you to the best version of your self.
As a licensed Mental health clinician, I approach each client with compassion, empathy and support. I am warm, welcoming, genuine, open, honest and direct. You can expect to leave each session with new insight and strategy, hope, encouragement, Biblical truths (for those seeking Christian counseling), and laughter. I specialize in Christian Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and I have a decade of experience.
I became a therapist because I get it. I understand life and how hard it can be. I understand trauma, fears, doubts, highs, and lows, and I want to help. Seeking mental health support can be hard, I want to celebrate your decision to do so.
Life is hard, you don't have to go through it alone. Here is your chance to find the help and support you've been seeking. I challenge you to take the next step and connect with me!
