For 25 years as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Psychotherapist, I have worked with adults, couples and families to create a medication and behavioral plan to work on areas of life that need attention, love, and care. All inputs into our lives co-create our quality of life, so lets look at all the inputs with a tender eye, experience and evidence based methods to create the life that brings you towards your personal, relationship, professional and thoughtful goals. People have had successful outcomes with me when they have come with mood dysregulation, anxiety, focus and inattention issues, history of trauma, adverse childhood experiences, family and personal transitions, needs for lifestyle planning, personality issues, amongst other concerns.

I am interested in medication management that goes along with thoughtful therapy, physical activity, rest, purposeful living, gratitude, yummy food, positive and supportive relationships and time for fun. I try to find this every day in my own life and so if I am not working, find me out on the water stand-up paddling or growing tomatoes in the backyard. I offer in person and online appointments.
